Google is changing how the trades buy leads.

Google is folding Local Services Ads into Performance Max pay-per-lead through late 2026. Plumbing, HVAC, electrical, roofing, cleaning, lawn care, pest control and moving are in the first wave. When an account flips, the old dashboard, budgets, and history go with it. Most owners find out after.

Google gives about two weeks' notice, then the old reports are gone. We export everything first so you keep what worked.

Do I pay you for the ad spend?+

No. You pay Google directly, on your own card, in an account you own. Our fee is only for running it. Money for ads never passes through us.

Is there a contract?+

No. Thirty days' notice to stop. The setup fee is one-time and is refunded if Google won't approve your business for pay-per-lead.

Do you guarantee leads?+

No, and nobody honest does. What you get is the numbers every week, in plain English, and a straight answer if it isn't working. If it isn't earning, we tell you to turn it off.

Why do I need Never Miss a Job first?+

Because an ad call that goes to voicemail is money paid to Google for nothing. With Never Miss a Job every call gets answered and booked, and the website the ads point to is one we can measure and fix.

Why pay-per-lead first?+

On Google's pay-per-lead ads you only pay when someone actually calls, and Google refunds junk calls when we dispute them. It's the lowest-risk way to find out what a lead costs in your town before spending on Search or Facebook.
