It depends on the plan and the size of your shop, so we quote it on a 15-minute call instead of printing a number that doesn't fit you. You get a straight price before we hang up, and there's no contract on any plan.

Your domain is registered in your legal business name from day one. You are the listed owner on the registrar, not us. We handle the admin contact and pay the renewal on our card (folded into your monthly, no separate bill). If you ever leave, you log in and take it with you: no transfer fee, no delay, no fight. Your photos, text, and logo are yours too. The website build itself lives on our platform, so the build stays with us if you leave.

Cancel anytime. There is no contract and no minimum term. Your plan runs through the end of the period you already paid for (Never Miss a Job asks for 30 days notice), your domain and content go with you, and the setup fee is the only money that does not come back.

No. It's an automated assistant with a natural voice, set up with your services, the towns you cover, your hours and what counts as an emergency for you. If a caller asks, it tells them. Your phone still rings first; it only gets the calls you don't pick up. Call 615-813-8427 and hear it for yourself.

For a website: the full build, writing every page, your Google Business Profile setup, connecting your domain, and launch. For Never Miss a Job, all of that plus setting up the answering with your services, towns and hours, your local number and the rollover from your phone, registering your business with the carriers so texts go out as you, and testing it all before it goes live. It is one-time and never recurs.

Small edits are things like text, photos, hours, and phone numbers. Website only includes 2 a month. Never Miss a Job includes 5 with a 24-hour turnaround. Past your allowance, extra edits are billed per edit. Whole new pages and redesigns are quoted separately.

They're all inside Never Miss a Job now, because they work best together. If you already pay for one of them, nothing changes for you: you keep your plan and your price.
