Every call that rolls over to us is answered, and every lead from your website is called back inside 60 seconds during the hours you give us. If one is not, that month's fee is refunded. We log every call and every lead, so you don't have to take our word for it: ask and we send the log.

Is it a real person who answers?+
No. It's an automated assistant with a natural voice, set up with your services, the towns you cover, your hours and what counts as an emergency for you. If a caller asks, it tells them. Call 615-813-8427 and hear it for yourself.
Do I need a new phone number?+
No. You keep your number. You dial one short code on your phone so the calls you don't answer roll over to us. We walk you through it and test it with you.
What does the setup fee cover?+
A call to learn your business, setting up the answering with your services, towns, hours and emergencies, your local number and the rollover from your phone, registering your business with the carriers so texts go out as you, building your website, and testing all of it before it goes live.
How is the price worked out?+
On a 15-minute call we ask how many work calls you miss in a week and what a typical job is worth. The price is a fraction of what those missed calls cost you, and you see the math before you decide.
How fast is it live?+
Inside two weeks for the answering, the callback and the website. Your monthly does not start until it is live.
Does the guarantee really mean free?+
Yes. If a call went unanswered, or a web lead during your hours waited more than 60 seconds, tell us and that month's fee comes back. We log every call and every lead, so it takes us a minute to check. A 2am web lead gets a text right away and a call at 8am.
Does it record calls?+
No. Nothing is recorded, on purpose. You get the text after every call and a log of every call's length. The report is built from those.
Can I cancel?+
Any time, with 30 days notice. No contract. Your domain is yours and stays with you.
